$450 – Base Processing Rate – 1st mortgage/Stand alone 2nd $100,000 +

$550 – $1,000,000 + Property Value or multiple appraisal properties

$550 – VA

$250 – Stand alone 2nd under $100,000/Piggyback 2nd (FEE IS WAIVED IF USING SAME LENDER)

$150 – Closing Document Preparation (utilizing Lender Web Docs – i.e. Ohio Savings, Flagstar Bank, TBW)

$100 – Rush Fee, for files submitted with less than a minimum 2 week turn time

$50 – Submission to additional Lender or resubmit

$50 – Initial Underwriting including: DO/LP/Investor Specific AU

$50/hour (1 hour minimum) – Private Consulting – This service is offered by appointment only and can cover any aspect of loan origination, automated underwriting, as well as pre-qualification of borrowers.

* Upfront Fees – due for payment prior to work being performed.

All 3rd Party fees incurred such as: Verification of Employment or Verification of Deposit fees, Subordination Fees, HOA fees, and Overnight fees are considered Upfront Fees* and are to be paid by Broker prior to service being ordered.
