$395 – Base Processing Rate – 1st mortgage/Stand alone 2nd

$100 – Closing Document Preparation (utilizing Lender Web Docs – i.e. Ohio Savings, Flagstar Bank, TBW)

$550 – FHA/VA/Construction* (*construction+$200 at funding)

$200 – Piggyback 2nd (FEE IS WAIVED IF USING SAME LENDER)

$100 – Rush Fee

$25 – Submission to additional Lender

$25/hour (1 hour minimum) – Initial Underwriting including: DO/LP/Investor Specific AU

$25/hour (1 hour minimum) – Private Consulting –This service is offered by appointment only and can cover any aspect of loan origination, automated underwriting, as well as pre-qualification of borrowers.

All 3rd Party fees incurred such as: Verification of Employment or Deposit fees, Subordination Fees, HOA fees, and Overnight fees are considered Upfront Fees and are to be paid by Broker prior to service being ordered.
